ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a team of 11. I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 18 years and eventually made the move to State Farm to continue building a career focused on helping people while developing a strong, successful team.
I attended school in Arlington and was born and raised in the area. Outside of work, I’m a busy mom of four and have been married for 11 years. I love staying active, especially when it comes to sports and spending time with family.
Our agency offers a 401(k), health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We believe in creating an environment where people can work hard while still enjoying life outside of the office.
Our culture is energetic, hardworking, and growth-focused, with a younger team that enjoys working together and supporting one another. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
