ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With more than 21 years of experience in the insurance industry and 14 years as a State Farm Agent, I’m proud to have built a career centered around helping customers, developing people, and growing a successful agency. Born and raised in Oak Cliff, Dallas has always been home. After graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Business, I went on to build two agency locations in Dallas and Mesquite and now lead a team of approximately 12 professionals.
Our agency has a high-energy, goal-driven culture. We set big goals and hold ourselves to high standards, and that commitment has helped our agency consistently rank among the top 5% of State Farm agencies for several years. We’re looking for people who are self-motivated, coachable, and have big personal and professional goals of their own. We believe hard work should create opportunity. Our team members receive hourly pay plus commission, along with benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, 15 days of PTO, and paid holidays. We also enjoy occasional team outings and taking time to celebrate our successes together.
Outside of the office, family and fitness are a big part of my life. I’ve been married for 11 years and am a proud mom of four—Giselle, Matias, and twins Mauricio and Alessandra. I also love exercising and staying active, which reflects the same discipline and drive I bring to our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
